With yoga asanas it will likely be little easier to reduce stomach fat and we can see the result faster, when compared to other exercises. Toning your stomach muscles with yoga asanas can help you look and feel good as you reduce belly fat. Here' will explain the most important asana in yoga called uthana padaasan to lessen belly fat.

Uttanasana - Forward bending yoga

Sit on the floor with your legs straight in front of you. As you inhale, raise your hands up. Then slowly exhale, bend and bring your head and hands down to your legs and try to touch your toes.

Uthana pada asana - Leg lift pose

This is th best yoga exercise. Lie down comfortably on your back. Keep both of your arms along your thighs and slowly inhale as you raise your legs together to 45 degrees above the ground. After a few seconds, exhale as you slowly bring down legs.

Lie down on your abdomen.  Keep your arms and legs straight on the floor. Take a deep breath and lift both hands and legs slowly above the ground level.

Pavanamuktasana - Wind releasing pose

This helps releasing the gas trapped in the stomach or abdomen. In this pose, press knees and thighs against the chest and belly.  Then release them after one or two minutes.
